Yummy Catering successfully developed Food Safety Program - GMPs and H.A.C.C.P. Plans

In 2007 we successfully developed our Food Safety Program - GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practice) and H.A.C.C.P. Plans (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point) with the partnership of the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and Guelph Food Technology Centre. We have expanded our facility to a State of the art facility combined with the best and most efficient quality control programs where it is a role model for all others in our industry.
