Food Safety Programs

Yummy Catering Services Inc. successfully developed our Food Safety Program GMPs and H.A.C.C.P. (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point) Plans with the partnership of Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and Guelph Food Technology Centre where we have expiated our facility to a state-of-the-art facility where it is a role model for all others in our industry. We only purchase products directly from reliable manufacturers which are inspected.

All staff in production is H.A.C.C.P. (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point) trained in the city of Toronto, under the legislation of the province of Ontario.
